We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power sports Mechanic/Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powersports mechanics, with expertise in diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of power sports vehicles. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a wide range of vehicles while contributing to the overall success of our service department. Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with power sports vehicles, including but not limited to motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and personal watercrafts.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential safety concerns or necessary repairs.
  • Complete repairs and service tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options, provide accurate estimates, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Be aware of industry trends, new technologies, and manufacturer updates to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of ONE year of experience working as a powersports mechanic or technician.

Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing powersports vehicles.

Experience with various makes and models of motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and personal watercrafts.

Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
