Pirouline Training Officer in Madison, Mississippi
The Training assocaite will organize, facilitate a nd deliever training programs to the associates employees within the manfacturing facility and bakery.
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Plans, organizes and effectively conducts employee training on various skills, policy, and compliance areas.
- Coorfinate with departmental leadership team, safety HR to ensure all employees complete required training.
- Research and identifies areas in which training is required and or beneficals.
- Identifies training needs and coordinate individual or group training sessions in identified areas.
- Evaluates and modifies exiting or proposed programs; suggests and implements suitable changes.
- Designs, drafts and or acquire new training material for production.
- Collaborates with outside consultants and training providers to deliver training.
- Work closely with Bakery Leadership to develop and implement working processess and improve work training techniques.
