The Talent Acquisition team at V2X is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to our recruiting team. To be successful in this role, you will develop and maintain business relationships and be recognized as a trusted partner. This requires working with a sense of urgency, driving the process forward, and having excellent follow-up skills. We value diverse skills and experience, so don't hold back. Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
Handle last-minute scheduling changes.
Coordinate TA training sessions and seminars.
Produce and Submit reports on general TA activity.
Assist with the recruitment process by initiating and monitoring background checks and drug screenings.
Assist with the posting of open positions in the Applicant Tracking System.
Coordinate candidate Travel
Other duties as assigned
Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
H/S Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
Highly computer literate
Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite
Organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Attentive listener
Ability to follow directions accurately and without hesitation
HR competence
Understanding, empathetic, and relatable
Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability
Desired Qualifications:
1-2 years of general office experience
