This is a position for a (Maintenance Technician) located in Madison.
Summary: Performs Multi-Craft facility maintenance including Electrical, PLC, controls, pneumatics, mechanical, machining, and fabrication work on all manufacturing equipment. Duties include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and controls troubleshooting, repair and installation of various equipment. Proactively maintains all plant mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Duties and Responsibilities: Comply with all Company policies and procedures. Troubleshoot and repair production equipment - electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, controls Troubleshoot/program drives, controllers, and scale units. Machining/fabrication work based on skill level. Maintain/service plant mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems (PMs). Determine when scope of job is beyond existing skill set or requires additional support. Assist in the training of new Maintenance Techs A, B, C and Electromechanical Techs. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Specifications or Qualifications
: High School Diploma or equivalent. Three years' experience of practical maintenance.
