Job Title: Welder

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team

• The candidate will report directly to the Welding Supervisor and Plant Manager, communicating daily for job duties and responsibilities

• You will work with 10 other welders in the final assembly department, fabricating parts that have been machined or cut to size

• Most of the welding will be horizontal TIG welds, but you will also need to weld in multiple positions

• The role involves 95% TIG welding and 5% MIG welding

• Outside of welding, you will use hand tools like angle grinders and sanders to finish rough edges on newly stamped or formed stainless steel or aluminum

• You may also use a tube bender, drill press, and saw to help create the necessary parts

• Reading blueprints is essential, as each job is client-specific for short-run production or single jobs
