Job title : Receptionist/Office Assistant

Job Summary The candidate will work as a receptionist, responsible for greeting visitors and clients while managing front-desk operations and assisting with payroll tasks. They will also handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining the reception area. Even Simpler: The job is for someone who greets people at the front desk, answers phone calls, helps with payroll tasks like entering timesheets into a computer, and keeps things organized.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Customer Service skills to greet visitors warmly.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Word and Excel.

  • Experience in Data Entry for payroll processing.

  • Excellent Communication skills for answering calls and coordinating appointments.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role with a focus on Payroll processes.

  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Skill Education

  • Payroll: Involves processing employee compensation including timesheet tracking and resolving inquiries related to paychecks.

  • Microsoft Office Suite: A collection of office-related applications such as Word for document creation and Excel for spreadsheets that are commonly used in administrative tasks.

  • Data Entry: The process of inputting information into electronic formats like databases or spreadsheets accurately.

  • Customer Service: Skills involving direct interaction with clients or customers to provide assistance or resolve issues effectively.

  • Communication: The ability to convey information clearly via verbal or written means to ensure understanding among team members or clients.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
