Position Overview

The Cyber Division, Engineering Directorate at PM STORM is in search of a qualified Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cybersecurity professional. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cybersecurity initiatives within a project office environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide direct oversight, management, and execution of cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework (RMF) related tasks. Ensure that all fielded products to Partner Nations (PNs) obtain and maintain an Authorization to Operate (ATO) in accordance with DoD policy. Provide direct oversight, management, and execution of RMF, cybersecurity compliance, and cyber hardening activities performed by the contractor team. Perform program management activities related to implementing and monitoring cybersecurity efforts of Partner Nations' (PNs) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) tactical systems. This includes developing FMS case development that contains program plans, budgets, schedules, MOAs / MOUs, and system security management documentation. Serve as the STORM FMS Cyber SME and brief internal PM STORM stakeholders, PNs at country PMRs, and FMS Cyber working groups on FMS cyber efforts as required. Provide system security engineering expertise and cyber hardening recommendations to include identification, assessment and authorization, evaluation and analysis, residual risk determination, and reporting of cybersecurity compliance for standalone information systems, closed restricted networks, and interconnected systems operating on unclassified and classified environments. Develop and maintain accurate and effective Plans of Action and Milestones (POAandMs) for PNs as part of the process of implementing cybersecurity improvements. Assess and recommend product upgrades, patches, cybersecurity posture improvements, and general security measures to identify, categorize, prioritize, secure, mitigate, and effectively address potential and actual cybersecurity threats to fielded STORM FMS products. Review current and future systems requirements, gap analyses, and risk and threat assessment reports. Participate in Cyber IPTs and working groups with internal and external government agencies. Responsible for developing and managing cybersecurity efforts within FMS cases. Provide daily/weekly status updates to leadership.

Required Education/Experience/Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher 20+ years of combined experience with PEO/DoD, FMS, and Cybersecurity Experience in articulating and executing cybersecurity statements of work. Knowledge of software development processes and Army Acquisition including AGILE development and tools. Ability to translate operational requirements into detailed cybersecurity requirements. CompTIA Security+ certification or higher. Experience performing engineering, technical analysis, or project management experience. Independently perform technical and senior project analyst aspects of project tasks. National and international travel is required.
