Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented professional? Robert Half is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of a local and well-known organization. In this role, you will manage the front office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor will make you a critical member of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and relay accurate, concise messages when necessary.

  • Coordinate day-to-day front office activities, including managing appointment schedules, meeting rooms, and office supplies inventory.

  • Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and fully stocked with any necessary materials.

  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, and filing.

  • Troubleshoot and respond to basic inquiries or direct questions to the appropriate person.

  • Follow company procedures for visitor sign-ins, security protocols, or any organization-specific processes.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., copier, scanner, phone systems).

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
