Description We are offering an opportunity for a Receptionist in the Construction/Contractor industry in Macon, Georgia, United States. The Receptionist will be an integral part of our team, providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls, and executing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued

• Handle incoming communication, answering queries and directing calls where necessary

• Manage daily mail and deliveries, including sending, receiving, and distributing correspondence

• Uphold office safety protocols by controlling access through the reception area

• Execute various administrative tasks such as transcribing, photocopying, filing, and faxing

• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required

• Organize travel arrangements when necessary

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area for guests

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to perform various tasks

• Use detail-oriented skills to provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Proficiency in data entry

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Ability to organize files systematically

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently
