We are hiring for a Kitchen Line Lead to help produce Duke's Meat Snacks at our Macomb, MI manufacturing facility. You will report to a Kitchen Team Lead and join a team of about 50.

Shift: 1st shift, 5:30am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays based on production needs

Location: 23 Mile Rd. & Hayes

Hourly Rate: $23.00/hr

Pay is weekly

Reporting to the Kitchen Team Lead, you will manage the raw processing area staff to attain production and quality goals, identify problems/bottlenecks in the production process, resolve issues, and participate in continuous improvement opportunities.

You Will:

• Prioritize safety above all else

• Follow all GMPs and USDA guidelines

• If you see something, say something

• Monitor production to ensure that quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained

• Manage different functions of the business, creating an engaged and team-oriented work force

• Ensure production resources such as materials and equipment are available

• Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures

• Evaluate general labor performance, communicate with employees, and provide information for work performance improvement

• Participate in and support plant and company safety programs, promoting a high-level of awareness and adherence to defined employee safety requirements

• Maintain accurate record-keeping

You Have:

• A High School Diploma

• 2-3 years manufacturing experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word, Outlook email

• SAP experience
