Three Suns Retail Salesperson in Mackinac Island, Michigan
Three Suns & Co LLC is seeking three (3) Retail Salespersons to work with them at 7293 Main Street, Mackinac Island 49757. The position will be full-time and seasonal during the dates of April 1, 2025 -- November 1, 2025.
This role as Retail salespersons is to show customers the locations of items they are looking for and suggest complementary items when appropriate. The retail associate will stamp, attach, or change price tags on merchandise, referring to price list. Greet customers when they walk through the door and offer them assistance. Notify management of any possible shoplifting activity. Restock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new and transferred merchandise when needed to ensure optimum availability of products. Unpack shipments in the storeroom and categorize them appropriately by comparing merchandise invoices to items received to ensure that shipments are correct. Prepare and distribute special-ordered merchandise. Maintain cleanliness of store to include but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and wiping floors, shelves, and windows. Any other task as assigned by manager. Operate the cash register.
Employees will work Mon-Sun an average of 40 hours/wk. Must be able to work any 8-hour shift from 8 am to 10 pm any day of the week, days off rotate, shifts vary, weekends are required. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, must be flexible, be able to communicate in English and be a team player, weekends and holidays are required.
On-the-job training is provided. Three Suns & Co, LLC will provide workers with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge. No minimum education is required. Daily transportation is not provided.
The wage will be paid $16.45 per hour. All deductions will be made from paychecks that are required by law. No other deductions will be taken unless voluntarily agreed upon. Overtime is available at a rate of $24.68 per hour. Wages will be paid bi-weekly on Tuesday, and the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.

The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
Optional housing located at 7293 Main Street, Mackinac Island, Michigan 49757 is available for rent at a cost of $100 per week. The amount will be deducted from the employee's paycheck if agreed upon. This is not a condition of employment. Alternately, the employer will assist the employee to find suitable housing within walking distance of the worksite.
