As part of our development team responsible for supporting Siemens Simcenter simulation applications - https://plm.sw.siemens.com/en-US/simcenter/ - in their SaaS transformation, you will onboard the highly strategic and innovative journey to the Cloud the company engaged.

In your role, you will supervise organizational effectivity and efficiency, identify training needs that are aligned with our strategic directions for both the development community already engaged in SaaS as well as for those teams and organizations transforming to Cloud & SaaS while covering all of Development (Technical, Architecture, Productivity), Organizational, Process and Cultural aspects.

In your day-to-day work you are coordinating all activities around SaaS and AWS trainings , being involved and in close contact with key stakeholders in our Simcenter SaaS transformation across the various dimensions and with teams spread across several regions: America, EMEA, APAC:

  • You will work with P&O and external partners to fund and select external training initiatives that make a difference.

  • You will identify, organize, deliver and support training sessions through internal trainers / early adopters (Learning Day, dedicated sessions...). You will empower and support internal collaborators in participating as well as contributing to learning and training in SaaS context.

  • Developing and updating training materials (slides, lab designs and instructions, videos, quizzes, exams) for new and existing classes for Simcenter SaaS tools and methodologies will lead to its success. As part this, you will develop and maintain the SaaS “learning path” for Scrum teams/organizations as well as roles embarking into SaaS.

  • You will measure external and internal training impact and continuously improve.

Your qualifications

We would love to hear from as an engineer with a successful experience in the field of training within a SaaS technology and/or Simulation environment :

  • You have strong communications and presentation skills. Experience developing and/or delivering technical training is a plus. You are also very good at organizing events with dynamism and rigor.

  • You are familiar with SaaS tools and AWS (Amazon Web Services).

  • You are experienced with learning theories and know how they are applied in practice.

You can understand complex products, solutions, and issues and are able to report consistently, concisely, and effectively to the various stakeholders allowing for management prioritization, investment, and reporting.

Thanks to your enthusiasm, excellent English language skills , and autonomy, you build strong relationships with your interlocutors and easily integrate in an international and multicultural context.
