About the role
Our team, composed of 6 people and 2 apprentices, is integrated in the Customer Service department and focuses on EMEA deliveries in collaboration with Business and Supply chain teams.
As a CSR, you will work on SAP, Elemica and Dynasis to support Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA) business. You will get the opportunity to contribute to business continuity and have a positive impact on customer service activities.
You will be accountable for :
customer service activities in order to ensure deliveries and invoicing to the customers for EMEA region
back-up to maintain business continuity in the Customer Service
proper execution of customer’s orders and return orders, until invoice and, when necessary, post invoicing
Coordination with customers and company departments solutions to meet the customers demand and provide them with required documents
Collection, check and up-date of commercial information (forecasts, sales prices, database information, customers records…) and registration in the dedicated systems
Support of the inventory management for satellite warehouses under VMI/VMOI procedures
complaints in tracking and resolution process, escalate when necessary
participation in continuous improvement projects
We offer a 6 months internship contract based in Lyon.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Master 1.
Relevant work experience in Customer Service or Supply chain
Competencies:
English advanced, German/Spanish are welcome

About salary and benefits
Attractive and fair compensation for all: compensation is determined according to your age and your diploma pending validation during the internship year, ranging from 800 to 1200€ per month.
