Corrugator Supervisor
Description:
Production Supervisor
The Lynchburg, Virginia facility is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct production employees on third (3rd) shift . This facility manufactures corrugated packaging products for local and national customers.
Reporting to a Department Superintendent, the Supervisor will have responsibility for daily operations, implementing and maintaining systems, and driving manufacturing improvements; as well as leading, coaching, motivating and engaging the work teams to accomplish operational objectives.
The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who is capable of performing a multitude of supervisory functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires leaders who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, productivity and engagement of team members.
The Experience You Will Bring:
3-5 years of manufacturing experience in the paper packaging industry is preferred
Bachelor’s degree is highly desired.
