Job Description:
This position's primary role is to coordinate with Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product Management, Sales, Contracts and Customers as needed to facilitate the following as part of the Order Management process and will focus on Ship/Bill Non-Project Orders.
Job Duties:
Monitors Backlog, Open Commitments and Return Material reports
Processes RMA’s (Return Material Authorizations), Debits, Credits, and Restocking fees
Meet established delivery requirements and facilitates coordination with Customer if needed
Confirm shipping terms align with purchase order. Coordinate to make adjustments when needed
Updates On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Customer Request Date (CRD) within the MRP system.
Updates Projected Ship date for Non Standard vendor/Standard vendor and Services with the MRP system.
Notifies Manufacturing of any Projected Ship Date updates to Production items
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related disciplines
