Exciting Opportunity: Legal and Compliance Lead at Nestlé Integrated Business Services Lviv !

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal and Compliance Lead to join our team and drive our mission forward.

Position Overview:

As the Legal and Compliance Lead, you will be a Leader for Leaders of the teams within Nestlé's Integrated Business Services Network. You will oversee the execution of complex legal and compliance support services, ensuring alignment with Nestlé's standards and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in expanding our legal services catalogue and managing a centralized team dedicated to excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Legal & Compliance IBS team, ensuring high-quality service delivery in accordance with market regulations.

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of qualified legal professionals, driving the expansion of our centralized L&C services.

• Benchmark changes in laws and regulations, ensuring the team is informed and compliant.

• Foster effective collaboration with Market Legal representatives and other stakeholders to enhance service quality.

• Drive process improvements within the legal and compliance function, identifying areas for optimization.

• Act as a role model for compliance culture, delivering training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial legal setting, with strong knowledge in contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance.

• 3 years+ of people management experience.

• Proven experience in leading projects, particularly transition projects.

• Proficient in English (upper-intermediate level) with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with Legal & Compliance technical solutions, including e-billing and contract lifecycle management.

• A solid understanding of Nestlé's corporate principles and Shared Service Center operations is highly desirable.
