Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of a position of Learning & Development Specialist on Confectionary in Lviv .

Main Responsibilities:

∙ Assurance of training plan execution;

∙ Cooperate with training and courses providers according to training requirements;

∙ Organize educational events and follow up the training process, managing participant lists, attendance tracking,

equipment and materials assurance;

∙ Follows up any learning interventions or program to ensure application and effectiveness of learning;

∙ Conduct Core Curricula trainings;

∙ Preparation of reports (periodical and ad hoc);

∙ Cooperation with F&C, PR creation for training needs.

Main Requirements:

∙ University degree;

∙ Proficiency in English (intermediate level);

∙ Strong project management skills;

∙ Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular);

∙ Attention to details, time management and organizational skills;

∙ Ability to work with big volume of data;

∙ Experience of work in Training and Development will be an advantage.
