Analytics Specialist

You are:

• A professional with university degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance;

• Strong knowledge of SAP, Nessoft, Excel;

• Good analytical skills, attentive to details with first time right mindset;

• Proactive in cooperation;

• Ready to accept and adapt to changing environment

• Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal)

With you we will:

• Prepare SLA Dashboard KPI’s according to the agreed deadlines;

• Power BI dashboards maintaining;

• Prepare regular dashboards and internal/external reports on quality of services provided;

• Perform sample check analysis;

• Communication with NBS steams and Market SPOCs to collect proper data related to quality activities execution and/or issues resolution;

• Participation in KPI’s analysis in cooperation with Operational teams / problem solving projects / process improvement initiatives.

• Ad-hoc requests management.
