We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our EU marketplace team to support the Amazon Fashion business which is one of Amazon’s most exciting growth opportunities and influence the strategy for the Fashion category. You will partner with key business leaders to identify opportunities to drive growth, provide timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership. This role will lead the finance activities, create scalable reporting mechanism and analysis including creating new frameworks required to grow the marketplace Fashion business. This position is expected to interact extensively with EU marketplace teams as well as working closely with worldwide finance teams.

Key job responsibilities

• Act as a finance partner working directly with Amazon Fashion leadership

• Lead the financial planning and analysis processes with metrics and data insights for financial risks, opportunities, and investment decisions

• Lead the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual business performance reviews

• Develop, report, and analyse key input metrics that support team goals

• Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication, data driven analysis and modelling, and presentation of options and alternatives

Basic Qualifications

• MBA, or Bachelor's degree

• Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses

• Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving

• Experience communicating results to senior leadership
