Amazon Finance Manager, AMXL Finance in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) is Amazon's End to End operations for Heavy and Bulky items, responsible for delivering packages (and smiles) to households/businesses across the planet. Our finance team closely partners to support this rapidly expanding business while building a connected network from Inbound, Fulfillment, Delivery Stations, trucks, and technology to deliver customers' Heavy and Bulky packages on time - and installing them at their home sometimes. The Finance Manager will be the key WW point of contact to lead analytics related projects for the FP&A team, focusing on data and its value in delivering key insights to our AMXL teams. The role will drive partnerships and solutions in further developing the finance function and infrastructure within AMXL.

Key job responsibilities

AMXL Finance seeks a Finance Manager to lead the analytics space in ensuring that internal customer needs are met and supports the different pillars in setting a high standard when it comes to data quality and reporting.

A day in the life

This role will partner will multiple stakeholders within WW AMXL Finance mainly to provide insight, analysis and financial leadership as we rapidly expand and evolve the AMXL business. This role will provide extensive cross-functional opportunities to partner with teams including Global Delivery Services (GDS), Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), Global Consumer Fulfillment (GCF), and Amazon Logistics (AMZL), AMXL Network planning. This role will create and sustain performance measurements and reporting on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the business.

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses

  • Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making

  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python)

  • Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
