Job Title: QA InspectorJob Description

We are looking for a QA Inspector to conduct thorough inspections and monitor the manufacturing processes for a pharmaceutical company in OKC. This position is for the 2nd shift, so the candidate must be able to work the 8:30am-5pm hours, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Spend approximately 40% of the shift on the production floor working with manufacturing to ensure products produced meet SQuIPP standards.

• Perform in-process inspections of active production, filling, labeling, and packaging areas to resolve problems early and ensure compliance with SOP and regulatory requirements.

• Timely creation and issuance of batch records, document and establish area SOPs and WINs.

• Participate in health authority inspections, customer audits, and global quality audits.

• Assemble media fill batch records.

• Verify daily cleaning is complete prior to production setup.

• Review production logbooks for accuracy and compliance.

• Perform daily pressure checks to ensure they are within proper limits prior to production setup.

• Perform quality assurance responsibilities involving environmental monitoring.

• Review and author relevant documents.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of manufacturing and/or QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Experience working in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.

• Proficiency in quality assurance, automation systems, laboratory procedures, QC, SOP, and inspection processes.

• Ability to perform visual inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in environmental monitoring and production logbook review.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills for participating in audits and inspections.

Work Environment

This role is set in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The position requires working the 2nd shift from 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
