QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Level 1 Certificate in Law Enforcement Technology or Current Texas Basic Peace Officer License.
Three years of non-teaching work experience in the field or a documented subject matter expert.
TCOLE Instructor License.
Ability to pass an FBI background investigation successfully.
Skilled in operating computer software, including word processing and presentation software and online systems.
Preferred:
Teaching experience, particularly full-time teaching experience at the college or university level.
Experience using an online learning management system; Blackboard experience is a plus.
