My Epic gear is a new gear membership that provides all the benefits of owning gear, but with more choice, lower cost, and no hassle. Job Summary:

The Member Services Associate is the face of the member services locations and acts as an ambassador to the My Epic Gear program. The Member Services locations are conveniently located throughout our resorts and offer our members a place to pick up their gear, request gear swaps, ask questions and even purchase memberships. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, strong organizational skills and ability to work with a team or autonomously.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $20.00 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time

  • Skill Level: Entry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our members at our member services locations

  • Preparing and setting up the gear for upcoming My Epic Gear reservations

  • Conducts transactions at front of house POS using various software programs

  • Responsible for general cleanliness and organization of member facing areas

  • Assists with inventory control with My Epic Gear and Retail product

  • Communicate member requests with other departments as needed

  • Assists in movement of gear to and from member services to slopeside locations and tune shops

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situations

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication, organization skills, and administration abilities

  • Willingness and ability to stand for 8 hours

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
