Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Tool Room Technician to join their team. As a Tool Room Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tool Room Technician

Location: Siren, WI

Pay Range: $19/hr Depending on Experience

Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm M-F

What's the Job?

• Assist in the maintenance and minor repairs of molds, ensuring they meet APL standards.

• Perform periodic set-up of CNC machines and assist in their operation as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tool room while adhering to safety regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to minimize operational disruptions and improve product quality.

• Follow company procedures to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 0-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment; plastic injection molding experience preferred.

• Competence in working with hand and power tools.

• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and basic math skills.

• Willingness to learn and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.
