We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Lubbock, TX.

As a Warehouse Operator, your primary role will be to operate vehicles for the storage and removal of materials, ensuring their safe handling and transport. You will also be responsible for effectively preparing products and materials for shipment to both internal and external customers, while adhering to all safety requirements set forth by the Distribution Center (DC). Additionally, you will play a crucial part in loading, staging, and handling finished cotton seed.
During your time as a Warehouse Operator, you will
Safely load and unload shipments for internal and external customers using forklifts, while ensuring accurate loading using handheld scanners.
Receive returns from customers, unload trucks, organize loads with proper paperwork until they are cleared through SAP, while documenting all aspects of each return.
Securely compile the discarded loads and subsequently load each truck in compliance with DOT weight regulations.
Fill out accurate load sheets and complete necessary delivery paperwork, while conducting put away scans for received materials.
Perform a final quality assurance (QA) check prior to shipping products to customers.
Conduct daily housekeeping in the distribution center, ensuring a clean work environment by safely operating the floor sweeper and maintaining cleanliness in the perimeter fence area.
Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
If you...
Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse/inventory control, quality control or related experience such as farming and/or manufacturing work.
Have a strong Safety Culture background.
Demonstrate operation and knowledge of equipment, with a mechanical aptitude.
Are proficient in operating equipment within a finished seed warehouse environment and possess forklift certification.
Possess clear written and verbal communication skills.
Can work as a team or independently with minimal supervision.
