ST. JOSEPH HEALTH Radiation Therapist - Radiology Oncology in Lubbock, Texas

Coordinates, prepares and administers radiation therapy treatments and simulation procedures to infants, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Applies appropriate radiation safety, practices, performs quality assurance procedures, and clear and concise documentation. Assumes complete responsibility and accountability with little supervision required. Collaborates with others and seeks direction from supervisor or others as needed.

  • This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled

  • This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:

  • Texas, Lubbock: Covenant Children's Hospital

  • Open Shifts:

  • Full Time: Night

  • Per Diem / On Call: Night

  • Relocation available for qualified candidates

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

  • Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License upon hire -OR-National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.

Preferred Qualification:

  • 1 year Experience in a fast-paced Radiation Oncology department.
