Use a comprehensive knowledge of bank software and bank policy to process maintenance requests from other bank departments in an effort to maintain control quality.Adheres to bank policy and regulations regarding proper maintenance to customers accounts. Utilizes a comprehensive knowledge of bank policy regarding the Overdraft Protection program and the associated maintenance of implementing and removing the service as requested.

Essential Duties

  1. Ability to learn and understand bank policy and bank software.
  2. Work with Deposit Ops to maintain and change DDA acct types as requested by the customer.
  3. Assist other departments with special projects relating to CIF and account maintenance.
  4. Be able to explain maintenance procedures to other bank personnel clearly and effectively.
  5. Assist the scanning/verifying department when needed.
  6. Assist in maintaining a clean CIF and reviewing CIF maintenance.
  7. Having good knowledge of the ODP program and other available overdraft protection options.
  8. Confidential use of Chex Systems and Experian databases for reporting purposes.
  9. Charge off and close accounts when necessary.
  10. Review Daily Maintenance and ODP Reports
  11. Handle incoming Address Changes via OLB and Frontline staff.
  12. Ensure proper establishment of AFT and Sweep transfers.
  13. Maintain Credit Disputes received via e-Oscar portal.
  14. Maintenance Deceased Customers accounts/CIF and notify Deposit Operations of government credits to be returned.
  15. Assist in other areas of the Operations department as needed.
  16. Furnish prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing requests.
  17. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.
  18. Maintain work area in a clean, neat and professional appearance.
  19. Maintain our customers confidentiality in accordance with bank policy.
  20. Participate in training sessions as required by supervisor.
