A day as a Material Coordinator in Cirtec Medical

This position is primarily responsible for inventory control, job order material usage reconciliation, job

closings, and inventory reconciliation. Coordinating with purchasing and production to ensure the

inventory is accurate and appropriate to meet demands. Perform duties within the production and

inventory control department as required.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Key areas of expertise are:

  • Identify and address material discrepancies within job orders and escalate to the appropriate

    departments.

  • Maintain and monitor manual or computerized inventory control system for raw materials and finished stock.

  • Support or provide back-up to Shipping, MRO purchasing, and Inventory Control functions as required.

  • Relationship building / customer engagement skills/desire to provide support.

    Must Have:

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.

  • 2 years- experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment, which included operation of

    an automated inventory control system.

  • Must be able to frequently lift up to 15 pounds and/or move and occasionally lift and/or move up to

    50 pounds.

  • Proficiency in using and maintaining computerized inventory record keeping systems.

    Good to have:

  • Familiarity working in regulated manufacturing environments under ISO standards.

  • Proficiency in the management of hazardous material and adherence to state and local regulations, complete and maintain training on the handling and management of hazardous material upon hire.

  • 1+ years- experience in medical device industry and manufacturing.
