Position Summary:

This position is primarily responsible to sustain and respond to all mechanical equipment as it pertains to Cirtec Medical to reduce the amount of downtime required for mechanical and software issues that may occur. This will allow the machine utilization to be maximized and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support of production manufacturing by conducting basic and advanced trouble shooting assessments pertaining to equipment issues.

    • Work with Production, Maintenance and Operations Management in advanced planning and execution of improvement activities.
  • Coordinate all components for machine repairs and or maintenance with purchasing and labor (if required) from outside vendors.

    • Perform basic machine maintenance such as changing filters, replacing belts, machine lubrication systems, and oil viscosities.
    • Special projects and other duties of a similar nature and complexity, as assigned.
    • Understand and perform Lock Out Tag Out procedures with all equipment.

Must Have:

  • Associates degree in electrical or mechanical field of study or equivalent experience in the manufacturing environment.

  • 2 years of production maintenance preferred.

  • Ability to interpret and comprehend engineering documentation, prints and/or schematics for electrical, mechanical, and pneumatics.

  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English

Good to have:

  • Right to Know and Chemical Use Training

  • Team membership training

Salary Range: $72,612.00- $108,918.00 (based on experience and qualifications)
