Mentor South Bay and Futures provide Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health, and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. We’re seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and make an impact every day. Whether you’re looking for center-based or home/community-based roles, we offer opportunities for professional growth and meaningful work.

Available Positions:

• Center-Based – West Boylston and Beverly

• Home and Community-Based – Brockton, Framingham, Fall River, Lowell, Lawrence, Leominster, and Worcester

Job Duties:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Observe, analyze, and document a range of behavioral challenges.

• Design and implement behavioral analysis service plans tailored to each individual.

• Train team members to reinforce and execute behavioral plans effectively.

• Provide support in various settings, including homes, workplaces, and the community.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

• BCBA Certification and LABA License required.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

• A compassionate, reliable, and responsible approach to care.
