Manufacturer Nordson MEDICAL has an immediate opening for an onsite HR Generalist paying $70,000 - $85,000 / year with benefits starting DAY 1! The role may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

How YOU will make an impact: Serve as trusted partner to employees, supervisors, and managers for human resources administration and day to day activities. Promote a positive workplace culture and function as a champion of employee engagement initiatives. Works with the HR team on various employee-related issues, including managing the employment lifecycle, new hire orientation, Talent Acquisition, and employee engagement. Contribute to HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, or organizational development efforts in partnership with HR Director. Utilize a thoughtful and consistent approach to drive performance management initiatives Facilitate all on-boarding activities including new hire orientation, I-9 process and general documentation. Investigate complaints brought forward by employees and proactively work with managers. Other duties as assigned and as stated in the full job description

You'll also need to be able to: Employee may be required to remain stationary, stand, sit and/or bend frequently or for extended periods of time. Employee will frequently be required to actively listen and exchange verbal and written information. Employee may be required to observe and assess information received via computer.

Qualifications to be successful: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or a minimum of 3 years' experience an HR role Previous experience working in a Manufacturing environment with 75+ employees, a plus 2-3 years of experience in an onsite HR position as a Coordinator or Generalist Proficiency with WORKDAY is highly preferred.

Base Salary Range for this position is: 70,000 - 85,000, and bonus target is 3%; shift premium may be available depending on shift associated with the specific job opportunity.
