ManpowerGroup HR Onsite Supervisor in Loveland, Colorado

Manpower is seeking an OnSite Supervisor for our client in Loveland, CO.

Pay will be based on prior experience: $55k to $65k salary

Position is 'in office' Monday through Friday

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalency of education and work experience.

  • 3-5 years previous customer service or appropriate business experience required.

  • Successful prior experience as a recruiter or other onsite role is preferred.

  • Operates under general direction with guides of general practice, established policies and procedures utilizing independent critical thinking and judgment.

  • Responsible for recommending ways to improve own workflow and the department work flow, and continually improve results for customers.

  • Responsible for bringing issues to management and presenting options for solutions.

  • This position has no signing authority or budget responsibility.

  • Recruit temporary employees to form a pool of applicants for high demand skill areas.

  • Make key skill telephone sales calls to acquire new business within customer.

  • Maintain customer and temporary employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Administer the training of temporary employees to upgrade their skills for assignments.

  • Implement company award programs to recognize the good performance of temporaries.

  • Troubleshoot to resolve the problems or complaints of the customer and temporaries.

  • Coach and counsel temporaries to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction.
