Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler (1stShift)

Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $20/hr

Location: Loveland, CO

Job Description

• In this role, you will align, calibrate, and execute test methods of varied complexity according to operational plans and customer demand.

• We operate using Daily Management principles, providing immediate guidance and feedback to our associates and focusing on daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives.

• You’ll be responsible for following established operational procedures, maintaining appropriate training records for your role, sustaining a smooth flow of material, and executing work orders to ensure on-time completion.

• Our work delivers both instruments and reagents to customers in hospital and laboratory environments, supporting patient health.

Responsibilities

• Align, calibrate, and execute test methods of varied complexity.

• Follow established operational procedures.

• Maintain appropriate training records.

• Sustain a smooth flow of material.

• Execute work orders to ensure on-time completion.

Essential Skills

• Experience in medical device assembly.

• Experience in mechanical assembly.

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with assembly, production, and hand tools.

• Experience with assembly line work.

• Familiarity with cleanroom environments.

• Construction and blueprint reading skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
