Manpower is partnering with a Loveland Agricultural company to find an Inventory Accountant for a contract position. This contract is expected to be 6 month long with the possibility of being extended. Hourly pay ranges from $30-$35/hr.

What you will do:

-Perform the day-to-day financial accounting and month-end close processes, journal entries and account reconciliations

-Identify and implement best practices regarding execution of accounting policies and procedures

-Work with Foundation team as needed as it relates to the accounting team

-Provide financial and business analysis to support key strategic objectives and implement reporting tools to aid management

-Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution

• A minimum of 1 year accounting experience is required

• Knowledge of accounting principles

• PeopleSoft and SAP experience is considered an asset

• Knowledge of the retail agriculture business is considered an asset
