Eaton Corporation Digital Integration Solutions Sales Lead in Louisville, Tennessee

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering & Services division is currently seeking a Digital Integration Solutions Sales Lead. This is a remote role with approximately 50% travel in the Southeast territory.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $162,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a sales incentive program.

What you’ll do:

Eaton's Digital Integration Solutions (DIS) group is a full-service systems integrator with the capabilities to securely integrate the necessary equipment and technologies, to provide a secure and complete digital power management solution. Our team of engineers and technicians brings extensive skills and experiences with a variety of leading on-premise and IoT software packages enabling us to design graphically rich, easy-to-use operator interfaces that take advantage of the latest standalone or web-based technologies. Our experience transcends a multitude of equipment manufacturers, software packages, and network architectures, including all major OEMs HMI, PLCs, and OT monitoring components and solutions.

As a Digital Integration Solutions Sales Lead, you will be responsible for integrating these Digital power monitoring & Cybersecurity services solutions into larger request for proposals and support the service sales and North American Sales (NAS) teams or end customers. You will market solutions to the end customers and drive development of a strong pipeline of opportunities. You will combine your technical engineering background with ingenuity and an innovative mindset to help deliver creative solutions for all customers.

In this role, you will:

• Effectively leverage and engage Eaton’s enterprise-wide resources to coordinate and grow sales of Eaton Digital & Cybersecurity services solutions by driving specifications and solutions to Eaton’s benefit at specifying and procurement levels within targeted segments and customers.

• Act as the single point of contact (POC) for all commercial issues related to Dital Integration Solutions within the region. Lead the development of proposals by working closely with the internal negotiation application specialist teams, extended sales teams and customers.

• Facilitate the integration of Eaton specifications, products and services into targeted data center, commercial (institutions), government, commercial (buildings) and industrial end users, consultants, EPCs, or systems integrators.

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy plan. Ensure a strong opportunity pipeline to support growth in the region.

• Partner with other internal & external digital offerings to enable turnkey options in line with the integration, startup & commissioning capabilities offered by DIS.

• Conduct training seminars with end customers in targeted segments, distributors and internal sales teams to ensure clear communication of features and benefits.

• Provide VOC feedback to the product line regarding product development, sales tools, marketing collateral and campaigns.

• Work with targeted customers/accounts to develop a deeper relationship with the customer at all levels using standard Eaton account management strategies.

• Support NAS/Service sales teams with monthly orders forecast for DIS product line.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a commercial sales/marketing role

  • Prior experience working with Digital Monitoring, Automation, and Communications

  • Knowledge of energy monitoring and energy management software, BAS (Building Automation Systems), OT Cybersecurity services, metering, power quality, and distribution products.

  • Application experience with Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS/PMCS)/BAS in Data center, Commercial (Institutions, Buildings), Government, Industrial environments.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of one of the job locations listed on the job posting will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

  • Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or MBA

• Professional Engineer certification
