The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing financial activity. They will also review financial transactions, examine cash flow, assess assets and liabilities, prepare treasury reports and credit financial forecasts.
- Monitors cash management activities to ensure compliance
- Provie requested information to external and internal auditors in connection with quarter/year end audits
- Monitors and analyzes bank fees and cash management expenses
- Assists other departments with month, quarter, and year end information, as needed
- Adheres to month end cut off schedules for cash related reconciliation, month end processes and related journal entries
- Maintains positive relationship with banking representatives
- Obtains the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work effectively at priority setting and understand the application of finance and treasury principles
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum of two years in Corporate Treasury
- Previous banking experience/knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of general accounting and US GAAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Access, and related accounting software
- Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
- Knowledge of internal and external audit requirements
- Ability to utilize new tools and technologies in a rapidly changing environment
