As a Software Support Intern, your day will be filled with opportunities to manage core technology and application program initiatives within Operations.ResponsibilitiesDaily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Extract, clean, and organize data from internal systems and external sources.Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations in customer, transaction, and operational dataCoordinate program objectives within agreed upon timeframes and budgetsEnsure program documentation (i.e. sponsorship, objectives, deliverables, resources, dates and budget) is maintained accurately and stored appropriately for future referenceConsult with business units to ensure Operations are positioned to meet the needs of the business unitsIdentify and implement process efficiencies across the SYB technology and application stackCoordinate enterprise imaging strategies to improve workflows and efficienciesUtilize application solutions with Software Support assistance to automate processes within the SYB applicationsCreate and report metrics for Software Support ticket and project activitiesMaintain system and software documentation within PolicyTech to ensure compliance commitments are metAssist with daily checklist items to ensure timely and accurate operations.Other duties as assignedJob RequirementsThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing degreeExperience working with data and analyzing trends and correlationsMultitaskingAnalytical thinker and attention to detailAbility to make feasible and prudent decisions quicklySelf-starter w/ ability to manage time efficientlyAbility to communicate effectively in writing and verballyProfessional appearance and demeanorPhysical requirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
