OverviewTravel Percentage: 75%This role will cover the KWV Market and support the South Division: Metro-Atlantic RegionWith a broad understanding of GTM functions, candidate will support delivery operations to include Facilitating frontline and manager training, support of existing policies and procedures, implementation, and support of new initiatives critical to specific locations and market delivery functions. Candidate partners with other GTM team members across the Metro Atlantic Region to support current delivery processes and future process enhancements. Successful candidates will serve as subject matter expert and liaison to support other functions related to the delivery process (i.e., sales, EHS, DOT, fleet, and warehouse).Responsibilities* Implementation across Market/Region of Geo principles* Implement process to improve Pepsi-Pro* Driving Skills development* Develop driver coaching tools.* Support ongoing driver certification process.* Subject matter expert on Powered Industrial Truck (Forklift, Pallet Jacks)* Subject Matter Expert on DOT Regulatory Compliance* Hours of Service (GeoTab)* Pre-Trip/Post-Trip* DQF Process* Support onboarding and training of new and existing Delivery Supervisors* Control and Compliance processes, regarding Delivery processesCompensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $100,500 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
