Position Overview
Power your future with Qualus as our Project/ Service Coodinator!The Project/Service Coordinatoris responsible fortheoverall,coordination of various activities to ensure the successful completion of operational projects. This includes coordination of subcontractors and project materials/logistics. The Project/Service Coordinator may work independently or may support Project Managers, Field Service Managers or Support Specialists on assignments to specific client projects. Duties shall include, but not limited to, coordination (project set-up, resource/revenue tracking, review and approval of time and expenses) of assigned client projects. In addition, creation and management of other documentationusedto manage project execution and to ensure consistency with company strategy,commitmentsand goals. Responsibilities alsoinclude,updating schedules and project plans, project status reporting and forecasts.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports Project Managers, OperationsLeaders, and others Team Leaders with monitoring and controls of project scope, schedule, andbudgetplans
Serves as a subject matter expert for the ERPsystem and processesand proceduresrelativeto Operations
Performs and/or supports project resource planning and scheduling as needed
Supports andassistsin the contract management process
Enters Orders/Jobs into production system updating as advisedrelativeto status, dates, shipping, and other pertinent information.
Coordinates customer billing; prepares invoices and processes intimelyfashion.
Ensures that time and expense charges to projects areaccurateand conform toQualusstandards & policy and clientcontracts
Ensuresaccuratecreation of new project set up inERP System
Ensures thorough andaccurateprojectcloseout
Assistsin the change order process andsubmittal and communicates status
Process customerPO’sas directed ensuring alignment of scope expectations
Coordinates material procurement and generates purchase orders. Confirms material orders and pricing meetswith purchase requisitions
Provides support in tracking project deliverables usingappropriatetools(may include working with and coordinating subcontractors)
Monitor and report project status to Project Managers, Directors, AccountManagersand other stakeholders asrequired
Provides AR & AP support and monthly invoicing review
Controls production log for the location and leads production meetings
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent degree; minimum of 2 years of experience OR
Associates degree; minimum of 4 years of experience OR
High school diploma; minimum of 6 years of experience
Minimum experience to include:
Project coordination,
Budget/accounting coordination,
Financial management, tracking & analysis,
Analysis and application of operational reports
Experience in project management and/or operations management, or related industry experience
Experience working in Project Management applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, Deltek)
Proficient with MS Office tools (Work, Excel, Outlook) and ability to manage and analyze large quantities of data
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Experience with subcontractor management and/or procurement, technical projects and/or field construction operations
Experience with conflict management, risk management and change management
