Job Description:

This position is working in an assigned area within the facility: Trim, Final Assembly, Body, Paint, etc. The process coach will be responsible for overseeing a large assigned area supervising union employees (50 - 70+) on the production floor.

• Top three things to consider when running a zone are (in order): Safety then Quality then Production.

• Supervise workforce to ensure processes, policies and procedures are followed (employee safety, product safety, quality, and production volume numbers are met)

• Maintain hourly personnel files. This includes filing all documents related to Company policy such as employee counseling, time and attendance, work performance, etc.

• Responsible for personnel decision making such as training, planning, disciplines, rewards, performance reviews, addressing complaints and solving problems
