We are currently seeking a seasoned, diligent Senior Payroll Analyst with the right skills to join dynamic team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing and a strong understanding of Dayforce/ Ceridian software. As our suitable candidate, your efficiency in managing payroll for over 1,000 employees, including union and international staff, will be a crucial contribution to our operational success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, tax laws, and labor laws.

• Handle all international payroll processing tasks.

• Manage payroll processing for union employees adhering to specific union rules and contracts.

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities timely and accurately.

• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions at the management level.

• Use payroll software such as Dayforce/ Ceridian to organize and execute payroll tasks effectively.

• Develop, implement, and enforce necessary payroll control systems.

• Provide training to newer staff members on payroll practices and procedures.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing.

• Strong experience in managing payroll for 1,000+ employees, including union and international staff.

• Extensive knowledge of payroll software, particularly Dayforce/ Ceridian, is a requirement.

• Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
