Overview
Our Medical Records Nurses (LPN) ensure that our residents’ records are in accordance with facility policies and with state and federal regulations.
How you Will make a difference
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to serve as the designated Compliance Liaison for the facility.
What you Need to make a Difference
Active nursing license (LPN).
Minimum of two years (2) experience in a health care facility required; Skilled nursing facility or other long-term care setting with Medical Records/Health Information Management experience is preferred.

Medical Records LPN UP TO $32.30/hr DOE
Medical Records CNA or non-nursing UP TO $22.25/hr DOE
This is a Full Time opportunity with 1 12 hr shift/week on the floor required
