Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Job Description

This position is a first shift role, working from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of overtime on Fridays. We are seeking strong mechanically inclined individuals with experience in vehicle assembly and mechanic work. The ideal candidate should be able to read blueprints, perform some MIG welding, and handle control panels and wiring. The ability to read a volt meter and perform technical work is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints.

  • Perform vehicle assembly and mechanic work.

  • Conduct MIG welding as needed.

  • Handle control panels and wiring.

  • Read and utilize a volt meter for technical work.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs.

  • Use hand tools for installation and repair tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to read blueprints.

  • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

  • Experience with vehicle assembly.

  • Proficiency in using hand tools.

  • Capability to perform MIG welding.

  • Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.

  • Experience with installation processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with blueprints and welding.

  • Ability to work on vehicles and perform assembly and disassembly tasks.

The work environment is clean and equipped with industrial fans and heaters for the winter time.
