How You'll Create Possibilities

As our 3rd Shift Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence, including:

• Leadership: Oversee and develop Team Leaders and production teams, ensuring alignment with department goals in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.

• Operations Management: Coordinate daily start-up activities, manage staffing, and ensure smooth production flow.

• Problem Solving: Use Lean manufacturing tools and lead escalation processes to address production challenges.

• Quality Assurance: Champion quality standards, collaborate with engineering and quality teams, and ensure defect-free products.

• Safety Advocate: Foster a culture of safety by ensuring compliance, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen events, tackle inefficiencies, and drive initiatives to enhance production performance.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of operational excellence and team development.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and navigating union relations while driving operational results.

• Proven analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement, with demonstrated success in achieving goals.
