Derby City Gaming Maintenance Technician- Full Time in Louisville, Kentucky
Description
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responds to and completes daily work order requests involving all aspects of
Performs weekly, monthly, semi-annual, annual and other preventative maintenance checks and
Repairs furniture, fixtures, walls, ceilings, equipment and anything else that may require
Understands the principles and operation of fire sprinkler
Responds to and assist with plumbing, electrical and other facility related incidents and
May be required to operate a pressure washer and provide required cleaning as
Responsibilities may include operating a forklift or aerial lift and passing the required training to do
Will be required to participate in safety training and pass associated
Other duties as
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience involving maintenance trades including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, electrical and other basic maintenance skills.
Must have a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in commercial facility maintenance.
Have above average computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CMMS and IMS
Have experience using a MIG
Have experience with dry fire sprinkler systems-operation and
Must be able to work alone or with others in a team environment with little
Must be a self-starter with the ability to make educated
Must be able to operate maintenance equipment such as forklift, two-man lift, and various power
Must possess a valid driver’s
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED is Additional education or training such as trade vocational school in maintenance subjects and certificates and other training records are a plus.
Valid gaming license
