Aerotek HVAC Foreman: 35-40 in Louisville, Kentucky

Looking for an experienced HVAC Foreman to oversee and manage HVAC installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Must have COMMERCIAL foreman experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and installers.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

  • Order and manage materials and equipment needed for projects.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.

  • Provide training and support to team members.
