Golden Gate Wholesale, LLC is seeking a General Manager in Louisville, KY. Will direct and oversee day-to-day operations including managing staff, company inventory, and finances; review and prepare stock/inventory reports; direct activities of departments including logistics for distribution of products to ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards; measure productivity in addition to identifying areas for cost reduction and business efficiency; develop and implement strategies and goals to grow customer base with management team; perform personnel functions and ensure proper administration of duties; possess high-level of customer service skills to perform sales work as well as to properly communicate with customers and businesses; expand product offerings and explore new markets to grow customer base; monitor supplies to ensure the efficient and effective production and delivery of goods within budgetary limits; and set prices for goods based on forecasts of customer demand.Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or a closely related field and two years of related experience in the following areas: development of workflows, utilizing analytical models to identify and evaluate solutions; and creating business plans including requirements, alternatives, costs, and ROI.
