Description
Robert Half is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative and Order Entry professional! The Customer Service Representative is a crucial role and you will ensure that all inquiries and orders are handled promptly and professionally. This is a contract to permanent opportunity. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM onsite.
Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone or email
Processing sales orders
Working closely with other departments to resolve any order shipment or billing discrepancies
Maintaining detailed order records, tracking inventory, and updates, as well as managing returns and exchanges.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and keen attention to detail. You must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and able to problem solve effectively. Basic computer skills, a familiarity with CRM systems and a minimum of one-year experience in a similar role are required. We value team players who can also work independently when needed and consistently meet targets.
Requirements
• Proficient in answering inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Experience in a call center customer service environment
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Accurate data entry skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to handle email correspondence with clients effectively
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ability to perform basic functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation and correspondence
• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Familiarity with ERP software and ability to perform basic functions
