Adecco is currently assisting a leading pharmaceutical organization in recruiting for a HYBRID Pharmacy Benefits Representative in Louisville, KY. Candidates must reside within reasonable driving distance of Louisville, KY.

Must have 1-3 years of recent pharmacy benefits experience- Verifying eligibility, prior authorizations for prescription medications, and following up with insurance companies.

Schedule: 8am-430pm onsite in Louisville, KY during 5-6 week orientation period.

Pay Rate: The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 16.75 and $17

Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

This position is a Key Position within the team who is responsible for answering the phones, providing communication to health care providers, patients and other internal customers. They are responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient prescription refill shipments and verifying eligibility.

Must have the following skills and experience:

. 1-3 years of recent Call Center experience in a healthcare setting

. Excellent communication skills- Verbal and written.

Duties include:

  • Verifying eligibility for benefits

  • Responsible for accurately and completely scheduling medication deliveries

  • Process prescription refills

  • Maintains patient records accurately and completely

  • Follows all applicable government regulations including HIPPA and compliance regulations

What do we need from you?

· High school graduate or equivalent

· 1-3 years of Pharmacy Benefits experience

· MS Office knowledge and experience -WORD, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams

· Type 35 WPM

Pay Details: $16.75 to $17.00 per hour
