Beacon Hill Staffing Group Corporate Paralegal (Hybrid) - Direct Hire in Louisville, Kentucky
Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join the Louisville, KY office of a national law firm. The Paralegal will support the firm's corporate attorneys with a variety of business and capital transactions. The firm offers a hybrid work schedule and the working hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm. Duties include but aren't limited to:
- Drafting organizational documents for new business entities or amendments;
- Preparing stock certificates, stock powers, and other stock transfer documents;
- Preparing and filing annual reports;
- Assisting with Mergers and Acquisitions including drafting Articles of Merger, Plans of Merger, and more;
- Managing closings including preparing Closing Certificates, Officer Certificates, etc.;
- Conducting and summarizing due diligence and entity organizational documents, minute books, etc.;
- AND MORE!
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required;
- 3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm;
- Experience working on corporate transactions and with Secretary of State filings.
